-Provide technology leadership, technical direction setting and vision, in the areas of Verification & Validation Architecture of cutting edge communication SOCs-Understand complex legacy verification methodologies and continuously strive for improvement using latest state-of-the-art tools and flows-Define verification architecture roadmap with Design and system engineering teams, translate requirements into validation coverage, test bench , use case definitions and drive the relevant implementations-Communicate, influence and work with a wide audience across multiple geographies in order to help drive the defined verification and validation architecture to enable first-time right, on time verification completion of chips- Work with wide cross functional teams System Engineering, Mixed Signal, SOC and IP design teams to streamline the verification methodology, process and reporting of mixed signal chips -Identify key trends and emerging technologies that can enhance or impact the verification and validation architecture -Global leadership is expected to support a culture of idea generation and proliferation-Provide practical, innovative solutions to complex problems
-15-20 years experience in verification of complex SOCs. -Masters degree in related field- Previous experience in a technical leadership role with proven ability to influence global cross-functional teams- Experience in validation & verification technology strategy development, from product definition to product launch- Experience with RTL verification, Mixed signal verification, Test bench strategy and overall verification architecture- Familiarity with Verilog, System Verilog, and/or VHDL- Familiarity with system level solutions for communication, DSP, RF domains-Must be a "can-do" person that is driven by conviction to make it happen not a "yes person"This is a high visibility technical leadership role in RPD Radio and PMIC Development group of ICDG. Candidate should have demonstrated technical leadership skills, ability to influence across organizations and Geos and understand system level aspects of RF chips - including control plane and data path.Inside this Business Group
