EMEA GSI Partner Sales Account Manager - Accenture
Job Description
The Intel EMEA Partner GSI Sales Organization is looking for an energetic and senior Partner Sales Account Manager (PSAM) to drive Intel innovation and leadership forward with one of the leading Global System Integrators - Accenture - while delivering value at the forefront of our joint business.
The individual in this role will be responsible for driving a joint strategy with this GSI and ensure it is executed and scaled in EMEA in coordination with global teams involved with a particular focus on AI and Value -based selling motions. Candidates need to be able to orchestrate the
- development of complex end to end solutions and services fueled by any relevant Intel technologies from Edge to Cloud
- new business models that lead to new revenue streams for Intel
- tech ecosystem solutions that help solve business outcomes
In this position you will be collaborating with a virtual team, in multiple time-zones, responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with one of the top GSIs worldwide. The PSAM in this role ultimately is focused on driving the consumption and sell-with based activities along with other key ecosystem players such as AWS, Azure, SAP etc. for short/mid-term impact as well as developing the long-term growth strategy. You will be expected to do this by building executive level relationships, facilitating technology collaboration (including consuming/adopting HW/SW/Services) with the partner to increase the customer differentiation on diverse business outcomes and success with Intel architectures. This is a function that will be responsible for scaling our growth strategy (cross BU including Intel Foundry Services) through the GSI worldwide.
This is a commissioned sales position.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with a strong customer focus background, proven experience in executive sales and breadth of IT Product, Solution, Services and Ecosystem knowledge. In order to achieve your targets, you will need to become a trusted advisor for the customer at executive levels, possess clear communication skills and leadership skills. Your ability to turn complex data into clear actionable conclusions is essential to finding the right decisions for the partner and Intel.
- 5+ years experience in Partnerships and/or Sales.
- Excellent relationship building skills are necessary, including the ability to build regular rapports and communicate effectively with all levels of Intel and the customer.
- Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships at all levels in a complex matrixed environment.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization including Intel's most senior leaders.
- Ability to recognize dynamic shifts in the environment and adjust the leadership and organization.
- Demonstrate results and accountability for broad leadership, building of followership and role modelling of Intel cultural attributes and values.
- A strong background in executive communications.
- Strong solutions and services acumen in IoT, PC client, data-center and cloud infrastructures and AI.
- Comfortable with risk-taking and hungry to succeed in a fast-moving business environment.
- Ability to excel as an empowered individual contributor and manage multiple projects simultaneously and across different vertical markets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and results orientation.
- Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization, across teams, cultures, and time-zones.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, willing to represent Intel in the industry as a business and technology evangelist.
