The Sales and Marketing Rotation (SMRP) and Intern Program Manager position is part of the Entry-level Talent Pipeline Team within the Sales, Marketing and Communications Group (SMG) at Intel and is responsible for the overall program management of two of our entry-level talent development programs: SMRP and the SMG Intern Program.
Both programs are highly visible with SMG leadership and have strategic importance to our organizational talent planning.
About the Programs:
- SMRP: A world-class entry-level talent pipeline and development program for Intel's SMG business unit, attracting top technical and non-technical talent from diverse backgrounds. In the program, participants experience three different roles in SMG and receive a comprehensive training curriculum to propel their career into teams where early-career individuals are often overlooked.
- SMG Intern Program: A strong entry level talent pipeline for SMG providing an engaging and consistent global internship experience with a focus on converting to full-time employees.
Both programs are highly visible with SMG leadership and have strategic importance to our organizational talent planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with HR's Talent Planning and Acquisition Team (TPA) for recruiting and hiring of each SMRP cohort as well as interns, ensuring inclusive hiring practices and attracting top talent aligned to SMG needs.
- Design consistent experiences and ensure conversion goals for SMG interns in partnership with worldwide counterparts and intern managers.
- Drive the development of an annual learning and engagement plan for both programs tailored to SMG talent priorities developed in partnership with HR's Organization and Talent Capability team (OTC).
- Develop success measurements and track program impact with regular stakeholder reviews.
- Manage the design, execution, and continuous improvement of both program curriculums and budgets.
- Market both programs within SMG and Intel as well as through external recruiting channels.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience, or a master's degree with 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or a PhD in a related field with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in at least three of the preferred qualifications below.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration/management, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Master's or PHD in talent development or a related field of study.
- At least 2+ years of:
- Professional experience working in a global environment and/or across teams with different objectives to achieve results.
- Professional project management experience.
- Professional Sales, Marketing, and/or Communications experience.
- Professional experience in recruiting and/or hiring.
- Professional experience in talent development and/or employee learning and development.
