Intel Employee Communications Specialist
Job Description

Employee Communications (EC) is part of Intel's Global Communications and Events (GCE), a worldwide team of communications professionals working to build and protect Intel's reputation as the world's best semiconductor company. The group spans public relations, reputation management, corporate communications, executive communications, analyst relations, content, narrative, thought leadership, and employee communications. It's a fast-paced, dynamic, and exciting environment.
This is a fast-paced, communications role with responsibility for specific site communications. You will manage the relationship between EC and site-based teams in select countries, provide insight into the corporate communications roadmap and represent the voice of the site(s) during comms planning.
As an integral member of the employee comms team, you will deliver communication tactics with professional and innovative materials supporting a variety of programs and initiatives.
The right person needs to know how to:
- Develop and deliver communication tactics with willingness to meet milestones and deadlines on concurrent projects, including complex global campaigns.
- Support multi-channel comms strategies to inform, influence and engage our employee audiences.
- Communicate and tell stories through different engagements - leveraging various channels that can help make a higher impact on the organization.
- Build relationships with key partners across multiple business units.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness by establishing success metrics, analyzing results and benchmarking.

Qualifications
This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, business or related.
- 2+ years of internal, corporate, or executive communications experience, working on visible projects with executive level exposure using tools like Word and PowerPoint expertise a must; willingness to use Teams and Excel.
