Order to Cash Technical Program Manager
Job Description
Intel’s Supply Chain IT Order Management team is seekinganOrder to Cash Technical Program Manager to join our group of IT professionals driving the transformation of Intel’s Order Management capabilities. In this senior role, you will be directly responsible for executing a multi-year transformation program that will leverage industry best practices and standard off-the-shelf enterprise software, all in support of Intel’s growing Foundry and Software business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Applying a technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge and people management skills, managing people and/or driving project management resource priorities to ensure that the team is adequately prepared to lead scope, analysis, and planning activities for their respective projects, while aligning project priorities to business group and/or corporate imperatives.
Managing complex projects and/or programs or managing teams that execute projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Handling escalations, resolving issues, and taking corrective actions if required.
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project/program issues and decisions and ensuring progress.
Leading reviews with executives and department leads for large-scale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects.
Discussing program-level milestones, prioritizing deliverables as needed to meet strategic needs.
Advising and mentoring the project/program management teams, providing guidance and coaching on best practices, cultivating a project/program management Center of Excellence (CoE) or Community of Practice (CoP).
Exhibiting technical knowledge and expertise to support the advancement of new processes within the technology domain.
Enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
Driving results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/BS with 9+ years of experience or Master’s Degreewith 6+ years of experience in related field.
5+ years in Business Operations Management or equivalent roles
5+ years with planning, budgeting, resource allocation
5+ years with program/project management
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science.
Understanding, applying, and utilizing Intel best-known methods for program structures, such as Gladius, AGILE, SAFE, etc.
Experience with structured product development and manufacturing processes, product lifecycle gate release processes, and change control processes.
Experience implementing SAP solutions (ERP, Production Planning, Sales and Distribution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management).

This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. Working Model
