We are developing the next generation prototype solutions across Supercomputing, Memory, and heterogenous computing systems. If you have an interest to leading the next-generation development of High-Performance Computing Processor for Supercomputers, Graph Analytics/AI/Machine Learning SOCs or custom ASICs to delight government and commercial customers, this is the team to join.
We have the need for a proven leader in the development of custom ASIC designs that can deliver high quality innovation in a fast-moving, small vertical team environment.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Work with architects to define, implement the handshake logic between IP and SOC and integrate them.
Lead/work with architects and design engineers to generate micro-architecture and/or verification plans.
Drive the definition Microarchitecture Specification (MAS) and develop RTL for logical blocks.
Collaborate with design verification team to develop a detailed verification test-plan and support simulation bring-up, debug and bug fixes.
Support the building of your design using advanced processes, packaging, and system innovations to deliver a successful custom ASIC design to customer.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 9+ years of experience or a
Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science 6+ years of experience or a
PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4+ years of experience
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years’ experience in micro-architecture definition and RTL development.
6+ years’ experience in System Verilog development and validation of one or more custom ASIC logic.
4+ years of experience in ASIC design lifecycle delivered to customer.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Field Programmable Technology, especially CSA design hardware.
Experience with the Intel TFM (Cheetah, 10nm HDK)
Experience with technical and project management communication to senior management.
Direct technical management experience of Contract Worker resources on design, PSV, or Structural Design activities.

Working Model
