Job Description
The memory quality and reliability module team within technology development quality and reliability, TD Quality and Reliability, is looking to find a great Intern candidate who can work within a team to learn and contribute to memory reliability solution.
TD Quality and Reliability drives innovative quality, reliability technology solutions and culture for Intel. At TD Quality and Reliability we deliver process technology certification, qualify systems, and design guidelines to enable Intel to manufacture products that meet customer expectations for cost, quality and reliability.We develop industry-leading risk assessment methodologies and physics-based models to accurately predict component quality and reliability performance.
We provide technical leadership across quality network in order to deliver integrated Quality and Reliability solutions to Intel that span early technology pathfinding through customer manufacturing enabling.
- The TD memory Quality and Reliability intern will be responsible for but not limited to: Understanding SRAM memory bit cell circuit and basic operation.
- Understanding of reliability failure mechanisms and physics behind.
- Characterizing Vccmin noise, determining its causes and evaluating impact.
- Analyzing test chip and product memory Vccmin data.
- Understanding existing and further developing statistical modeling and method for Vccmin reliability.
- Learning from senior engineers on best known method, tools and applying them to the work.
- In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing test chip and product memory Vccmin data, building statistical models to describe Vccmin behavior, and evaluating its impact on product yield and DPM.
- You will be part of Memory Quality and Reliability team within Corporate Quality Network organization driving innovative quality/reliability solutions.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be pursuing a Master's Degree or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
3+ months of experience in the following skills.
- Circuit design.
- Memory technology
- Scripting languages
Preferred Qualifications:
Python
Statistical modeling
Memory technologies (SRAM)
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model
