DMTM HR Compensation and Benefit Manager
Job Description
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers. This HR position candidate is responsible for: Advises on implementation and design of compensation plans, with the goal of creating the proper incentives for employee behavior. Acts as a primary point of contact and consultation for Human Resources. Benchmarks and provides consultation on key compensation trends and current ranges on the job categories across the firm and recommends improvements for all compensation targets. Proactively reviews the compensation programs, identifies actual or potential issues to propose solutions, engages and acts as a consultant to human resources and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver reward, benefit and people policies. Assists executive management in recommended compensation targets, ensures compliance to all federal and state regulations, administers all compensation programs and implements various new programs and systems. Analyzes and ensures effectiveness of all compensation programs and assists to develop appropriate models. Facilitates design of pay levels and annual incentive pay programs and prepares required proposals to all compensation programs. Develops and works with business partners and the human resource advisory team to drive compensation solutions that support major business change initiatives (mergers, divestitures, realignment of roles).Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or a related field. 10 + years of HR experience, specifically in: Compensation, Benefits, HR solutions, guidelines and policies. including 5+ years of compensation and benefits experience Ability to deal with ambiguity and change is a must. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and partnering skills. Fluent English speaking ability The applicant must also have comfort with analyzing and processing data and drawing insights from the same.
