About Corporate Planning Capabilities:
The Corporate Planning Capabilities Group (CPC)delivers the data, business processes, and tools to enable visibility and decision making for the entire product portfolio and P & L at the speed of business. The CPC team sit within the Corporate Planning Group that exists to define and execute a corporate wide operating plan that leverage internal and external manufacturing capabilities to optimize for Intel’s growth objectives.
This role will lead the global corporate planning capabilities team to enable decision making for the entire product portfolio through delivering the data, business process and tools required for decision making.
Responsible for developing, deploying and sustaining planning capabilities in support of the Intel Products businesses. This includes overseeing team execution across business process architecture, data creation and governance, program management, business process management, program communications, and change management. Ensures end to end architecture delivers the capabilities and systems needed to support our transformation to operating as a fabless company. This will include developing best in class planning capabilities driven by consensus demand, resulting in a single operating plan across teams and enabling supply chain optimization to deliver improved financial results. Implementing and evolving our Sales and Operations planning and execution across many stakeholders will be critical. Developing the strategies to deliver centralized business planning and leveraging industry best practices to ensure we can scale up and down as the business needs evolve. This includes leading the teams in design, testing, cutover, and go-live of new systems, processes, and data to enable the IDM2.0 strategy. Leadership is required to ensure customer centricity remains central to the design. Will lead teams towards operational agility and efficiency by leveraging industry standard planning and operations capabilities, modified as needed to deliver for our business. Large responsibilities around data creation, management, and governance. Works in close partnership with IT to develop, test and deliver all capabilities related to corporate planning.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the below:
Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Planning
Architecting and Modeling semiconductor supply chain planning processes.
Managing large enterprise planning applications and planning application teams for critical system performance across a broad set of business operations and critical business needs
High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience running industry standard supply chain planning tools at an enterprise level

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
