Senior Director, IT Sourcing and Procurement
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic IT Leader to lead our Sourcing and Procurement Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in procurement and sourcing domains, with a proven track record of leading major transformations, particularly in SAP S/4 environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop roadmaps, articulate value, and impact, and build high-performing teams to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the sourcing and procurement domain, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.-Lead the transformation and optimization of procurement processes, including direct, indirect, and capital spend management using SAP S/4 and Ariba platforms.
-Oversee the entire contract lifecycle management process, ensuring efficient supplier management and integration through platforms such as iCertis, e2Open, and OpenText.
-Manage subcontractor manufacturing processes, leveraging e2Open to ensure seamless operations and quality control.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive procurement and sourcing initiatives.
-Clearly articulate the value statements and impact of sourcing and procurement strategies to senior management and key stakeholders.
-Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams dedicated to procurement and sourcing excellence.
-Continuously assess and integrate best practices and innovative solutions in the sourcing and procurement space.
-Liaise with industry experts, to validate strategies and fill any gaps in the sourcing and procurement processes.
-This role will be required to work Pacific Standard Time working hours.

-Proven experience leading major transformations, particularly with SAP S/4, in the sourcing and procurement space.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience supporting IT systems for Supply Chain Sourcing and Procurement
Extensive experience in direct, indirect, capital, and spend management, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4 and Ariba systems.
Expertise in supplier management, contract lifecycle management with iCertis, supplier integration with platforms like e2Open and OpenText, and subcontractor manufacturing management using e2Open.
3+ years of people management leading teams
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Supply Chain
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership background in the semiconductor space
Proven track record leading deployments on Ariba and S4
Experience supporting procurement in a capital intensive environments
Masters degree in Computer Science or Supply Chain

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
