Federal Capture Manager

Come build a future with us. Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join the Intel Federal group as a Federal Capture Manager. Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies. Intel Federal works with and across the defense industrial base (DIB) and systems integrator (SI) ecosystem to deliver mission solutions to USG customers.
Intel Federal's Mission:
Drive rapid, sustained, profitable growth of Intel's business in the Federal markets in partnership with product, research, and foundry teams while maintaining compliant execution of programs. Our objective is to establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors. Intel Federal is looking for an energetic, strategic, and engaging pursuit specialist to serve as a Federal Capture Manager. The Capture Manager will create and execute capture strategies aimed at securing government contracts, grants and research programs with various federal agencies aligned with Intel Federal's mission. The Capture Manager will provide leadership, critical thought, and a strategic mindset to winning business opportunities, as well as collaborate with an external ecosystem such as the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), system integrators, and others key to achieving business and financial goals. You will also work with other key stakeholders to develop winning strategies and solutions as well as lead the bid and proposal process. You will create strategies, plan, build winning teams and solutions, price to win, drive capture and pursuit process schedule and compliance. The position reports to the Director of Federal Capture Management and is an Individual Contributor role.
Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Ensure each opportunity with Intel's corporate and Federal strategies while developing and communicating a strong value proposition.
Work with Business Development and technical leadership to understand customer needs and translate them to action and new business opportunities.
Interface with internal groups to communicate requirements, plan resources, and priorities to ensure the program pursuit, bid and proposal.
Build the relevant technical expertise to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Travel not expected to exceed 30% percent.
Develop strategy to addresses the customer problems, needs and the roadmap for action to build rapport with customers.
Be able to effectively advise and direct internal organizations, including business units, sales and marketing, engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, compliance, and technology development.
Build credibility with new partners.
Interact directly with customers, external leaders and Intel's Executive leadership.
Lead matrixed teams.

Qualifications
United States citizenship required. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
US Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in a technical or business-related field.
Experience in federal capture management, large strategic customer engagements or pursuits, business development, sales, sales support, or related roles.
Experience with federal procurement processes, regulations (e.g. FAR/DFARS), and contracting vehicles.
Experience leading medium and large-scale capture or strategic pursuit efforts winning multi-year contracts with large government or commercial enterprise customers.
Create and develop processes, assets, and frameworks to improve and scale capture or strategic pursuit capabilities for cohorts and the broader business.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in technical or business or a related field.
Experience working on programs with federal information handling and security requirements.
Experience with CRM tools.
Experience in semiconductor technology, industry, and customer engagement.
Experience managing federal program capture internationally.
Experience with Shipley or equivalent methodologies.
Active US Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Secret level.

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
