Business Systems Analyst
Job Description
Join SC IT as an SAP EWM Business Systems Analyst. The SAP EWM Business Systems Analyst identifies business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, maps them to systems capabilities and recommends technical solutions.
Other requirements include but are not limited to:
Configures system settings and options, plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing, and creates systems specifications.
Identifies test scenarios and cases, executes test cases, documents test results, test scripts and provides quality assurance results to the business.
Examines current business procedures, system practices and IT modification design and recommends new improved ones.
Identifies needs by interacting with the business community, suppliers, and by keeping current on industry trends and best practices.
Leverages industry-standard processes and system capabilities across different business units where applicable and provides differentiating capabilities where needed.
Leads complex, long-term transformative initiatives from initiation to completion.
Performs troubleshooting, solves complex bug issues in production systems or applications, and collaborates with subject matter experts on issues.
Anticipates complex issues and discusses within and outside of project team to maintain open communication.
Serves as a technical lead on a subsystem or small feature(s), manages projects of small to medium size and complexity, performs tasks, and applies expertise in subject area to meet deadlines.
Develops strong partnerships with business and other IT stakeholders to increase effectiveness of our planning and manufacturing systems.
Experienced in estimating effort and schedules for major projects and drives the team to meet the timelines while ensuring quality.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 4+ years of experience -OR- High School equivalent with 10+ years Semiconductor Manufacturing experience with use of SAP ECC or S/4 and:
End to end ERP implementation projects as SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or SAP WM (Warehouse Mangement) consultant or functional analyst
SAP EWM (extended warehouse management) configuration. E.g.: EWM (extended warehouse management)/WM (warehouse management)/IM (inventory management), Stock Transfers
Business process reengineering, application solution design and requirement engineering
Agile environment with Scrum practices

Preferred Qualifications:
Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry
SAP WM CertifiedS/4 eWM Experience
Integration with upstream/downstream processes and systems (ASRS, Labeling Software, Mobile Applications, etc)
Process improvement
Continuous integration experience
Design, code, and test framework architecture
Non-functional testing, including performance and security
Testing Web Services (REST, Soap)S4 HANA/Reporting Tools preferable

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
