About the Role
Committing to and ensuring customer-obsessed exceptional service is a cornerstone of Intel's Foundry Business. The Director of Intel Foundry Customer Success holds the high-priority, high-visibility role of structuring and implementing a best in class foundry experience for key existing and new Intel Foundry clients. This individual is tasked with providing a superior end to end experience for key accounts across, from early engagement through the customer lifecycle. The leader will establish and guide a team dedicated to integrating and elevating customer perspectives within Intel's internal teams, as well as with external partners and suppliers in the foundry network.
This highly cross-collaborative and inter-disciplinary leadership role is responsible for driving seamless alignment between the customer's needs and internal stakeholders including Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Product Planning, Technology Development, High-Volume Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Quality and Reliability and more-to guarantee customer success and maximize customer satisfaction.
In addition, this leader will be required to demonstrate strong business and product acumen alongside technical domain knowledge of the customer's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Offer a premium, personalized interaction for key clients with Intel Foundry, beginning with a simplified integration process.
- Establish a comprehensive suite of customer interaction points, instruments, and procedures to ensure an exceptional experience for every new client utilizing Foundry Services.
- Capture and refine customer specific needs and infuse them into the strategic development of Intel Foundry's service portfolio.
- Collaborate with engineering divisions and partners and manage timelines, project scope, and allocation of priorities and resources across Intel Foundry.
- Craft and propel action plans with defined milestones and outcomes for each anchor customer. Synchronize strategies with partner Plans of Record.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to tailor hardware or software solutions to address unique customer needs.
- Offer a unified point of contact for all technical and business inquiries pre- and post-sale for these key strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred
- A minimum of 10+ years of deep semiconductor industry experience including a strong background in technology development, product development or manufacturing
- Extensive knowledge of Foundry operations, including commercials, scaling, roadmaps, portfolio and platform management, and foundry strategy
- Prior experience with customer-centric roles in with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience managing a team or teams.
- Excellent program management, stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading business or technology transformations preferred.
- Technical/Engineering background in multiple technology domains preferred.
