Job Description
Intel's Human Resources enables a phenomenal manager and employee experience. As part of the team you will be responsible for providing strategic employee relations support and HR solution services to the Israel site managers employees, and engage in partnering, consulting and coaching managers in defining and implementing the best people management practices. As Intel's Human Resources employee you will work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources at the business unit or division level, such as salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, etc, and take part in various projects to improve HR processes. You will consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach, and assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process-oriented perspectives. In addition, you will need to prepare and providing comprehensive analytical picture of Business groups organizational health - to tell the story and define the trends behind the numbers.Qualifications
- First-year M.A. Student or PhD Student in Psychology/Business Administration/Organizational Behavior/Sociology or combine studies of HR and Economics/Statistics OR BA student at last semester with intention to proceed with MA studies.
- At least 4 semesters till graduation.
- Ability to work 4 days a week.
- Team work and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in HR / managers consultation/ leading organizational processes or in a parallel roles within organizations -advantage.
