Job Description
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
Provides talent advisory and process expertise to hiring managers, consulting and coaching with hiring managers on recruiting best practice. Assists in developing the recruitment strategy and manages end to end recruitment for internal, external, and executive requisitions as appropriate by partnering with talent acquisition coordinators. Collaborates with talent sources and hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Aligns sourcing and hiring managers, and present hiring managers with a strong talent slate that meets Intel's talent needs. Provides talent advisory and process expertise to hiring managers to attract the best talent for Intel. Assesses candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the applicant tracking system. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. Determines applicant qualifications by prescreening applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Takes ownership of shortlisted candidate relationships, presents offers and successfully dispositions candidates back into pipeline. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices for recruitment at all levels, monitoring job offers and compensation practices. May consult with external stakeholders including recruitment agencies, vendors, customers, and external academia and bodies. Participates in career events and job fairs to attract the best talent. Develops and delivers offers to selected candidates. Ensures excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Consults with business group leaders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs and translate them into recommendations supported by labor market data, knowledge of talent pool, market insights, and benchmarks. Actively networks and builds relationships to ensure access to top industry candidates and leaders. May conduct confidential interviews, check references and credit by contacting applicants' nominated referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience. Provides support on market standards regarding compensation and benefits information for executive level employees as required.
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.
Qualifications
3+ year of full life-cycle recruitment experience with bachelor or master degree -A deep knowledge of the external environment, market trends, competitors, labor market and general talent availability. -Strong sourcing capability with robust experience using various channels including social media to engage and develop relationship with candidates -A thirst for continuous learning and passion in recruiting and discovering and exploiting new candidate channels. -Effective communication, diplomacy, strong persuasion and influencing skills, resourcefulness are all skills that will enable a successful recruiter - Semiconductor industry knowledge/experience will be plus - High team work spirit with can-do attitude - Good communication skill, good English speaking abilityInside this Business Group
