Primary responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of process improvements. Develop and execute change management plans to ensure adoption and sustainability of changes.
Consulting Business Development: Lead business development with new and existing customers, promoting the team's services across the company and identifying opportunities for new engagements.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree) with 4+ years or master's with 3+ years of Program management experience.
3+ years of demonstrated knowledge with product/software life cycles.
3+ years' experience managing stakeholders across technology teams.
3+ years' experience managing senior level stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
PMP Certification
Lean Six Sigma certification or Business Process Management or continuous improvement experience.
Pursues continuous learning to maintain thought leadership in their specialty.
