As an Intel Foundry Engineering Planning Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
Behavioral traits that we are looking for:
Proven track record as a project manager in supply chain transformation projects or similar complex initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong understanding of Supply Planning
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration and 9+ years' experience as a Project Manager or similar role within semiconductor manufacturing and/or ERP transformation.
ORMaster's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration and 6+ years' experience as a Project Manager or similar role within semiconductor manufacturing and/or ERP transformation.
Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:
Intel Engineering planning business processes and systems.
Project/program management with internal IT technical teams to deliver solutions supporting operation
Supply chain knowledge
PMP certification is plus.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
