Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to join our Data Visualization Team. The role includes creating end to end solution for data collection and analysis. Candidate should be able to support data collection, develop scripts to parse and load variety of data sources, create automations, visualizations and analysis of the data. Candidate should have strong SQL knowledge to debug and create new views under various DBs we have at Intel. In addition, knowledge in developing power BI cubes and dashboards is essential. Candidate should have self-motivation and self-learning capabilities to drill down and learn new tools and knowledge domains. Also, the candidate should have strong problem-solving attitude towards fixing real time bugs and provide best customer experience towards our stakeholders.

In Q4 2023, Intel announced Altera will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024 with ongoing support from Intel. This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or B.A. in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology.
• SQL Scripting (Strong).
• Power BI (Basic Intermediate).
• SQL Server Analysis Services Cubes development (Basic/Intermediate).
• Python (Basic to Intermediate).
• PowerApps - advantage.
• ML Big data - advantage.
• RDBS: SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• Good Analytical Skills.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
