Staff SoC Design Verification Engineer: ISCP SOC Front-End Design Team
Job Description
IP Security Client Product Group specializes in delivering IPs, Chipsets and SoCs for Intel's Client and server roadmap. We Empower, Enable and Inspire our team members to continuously innovate, excel, grow, and deliver.
Successful candidate will be part of SoC Front End Design (SFD) team, specializing in end-to-end integration and pre-silicon validation for High Speed IO IPs into Intel's client chipsets and SoC products.
Collaborate across teams including IP Design, Firmware, Structural Design, DFX, emulation, and validation, on aspects such as platform architecture, design, and features.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
Involving in microarchitecture/RTL logic/testbench/verification environment design and integration/debug at various levels.
Involving in capabilities building within and outside the SoC Front End team.
Validating the functionality of new architectural features of next generation designs by developing testplans, tests content, coverage points or test tools.
Interfaces range from but not limited to Fabric, Platform Essentials, Infrastructure IPs and multiple flavors of IOs.
Trailblaze quality and efficiency improvements as well as innovations for the organization.
Opportunities exist for SFD-wide influence as part of job scope and growth, such as design or validation micro architecture.
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who consistently look for ways to do things more efficiently while upholding quality.
You should have a Bachelor/Masters degree in relevant field (Electrical Electronics or Computer System) with at least more than 6 years of experience in relevant field.
Skilled in RTL Integration, various validation techniques, debug capability and industry standard methodologies - UVM, Formal etc. Ability to lead by example is much sought after.
Collaborative, able to communicate well with counterparts and key stakeholders including cross site partners.
