Software Team Manager – Deep Learning Graph Compiler
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Software Team Manager to lead our Deep Learning Graph Compiler team. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of graph compilers that support the acceleration of deep learning workloads on heterogeneous hardware architectures (accelerator, GPU.)
You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve performance and scalability in AI and machine learning models.
This role is both technical and managerial, requiring a strong background in deep learning compilers, hands-on software development experience, and excellent leadership skills. You will drive the team's strategic vision, ensure timely project execution, and maintain high technical standards.
The job is located in Tel-Aviv\Caesarea
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience with deep learning model optimization, code generation, or hardware acceleration.
- Proven track record of developing compilers or working on machine learning frameworks - advantage
- Strong understanding of compiler design principles, intermediate representation (IR), and just-in-time (JIT) compilation - Advantage
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C++ programming language
- Deep understanding of deep learning models, graph structures, and computational graph - advantage
- Familiarity with hardware architectures
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities, with proven success in managing and scaling technical teams.
