Job Description
Partner Rebate Operation sits within Customer Incentives Governance in Sales and Marketing Group (SMG). We are responsible for worldwide (WW) Channel and Partner Incentives Portfolios, scope encapsulates back-end business process and support.
The role offers ample collaboration - partnership to work with Program Managers, Pricing Managers and Sales Team to optimize and operationalize Intel's contra investment.
The position provides opportunities to build enterprise systems experience, stakeholder engagement and rebate automation skillsets.
At the same time, gain an understanding of Intel Channel business, policies and practices to anticipate and mitigate potential revenue impact.
Job responsibilities included but not limited to:
This position supports Channel and Partner incentives portfolios operation including calculation of payment and accrual, deliver timely and accurate payment and accrual. Close deliverables include accrual, supports AvP and QoQ variance analysis.
The role requires to drive program standardization and efficiency, regularly applies incentive strategies, rebate policies, guidelines, understands E2E biz process while leverage cumulative knowledge from pervious experiences to independently execute an appropriate course of action, i.e., risk mitigation, drives governance, implements controls, and ZBB.
Additionally, as we transform our processes into the next generation of automated systems, reporting capabilities to drive built-in controls, sustainability and scalability.
Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Economics or Business related fields and 3-5 years of related experience.
A proactive, fast learner with a positive attitude, exhibits initiative with a bias to drive results.
Strong attention to details, data accuracy, solid experience in accounting and financial analysis skills and system aptitude.
Strong to advance oral and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across functional, geographies to achieve mutual results.
Preferred Qualification:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and is an advantage.
One or more years of experience in creating business intelligence analytics, predictive and prescriptive modeling, machine learning models, generative AI or equivalent capabilities.
