Job Description
Join Intel to have an opportunity to create and extend computing technology to connect and enrich the lives of every person on Earth. This is a position within the PDK Custom Design team of the Design Enablement/Process Design Kit (PDK) group. A PDK is a collection of artifacts that represents Intel's semiconductor process and is used by product designers to model, implement and verify Intel's mobile, desktop and server products before it is manufactured. In this position, responsibilities include although not limited to: - PDK Quality validation of Custom Design components across process nodes and multiple EDA flows. - Develop regression test suite and execute them to validate PDK wrt pcells, techfiles, runset, parasitic extraction, fill, cross tool results comparison etc. - Develop custom layout designs for target verification and running regressions via automation on PDK, debug and root cause the failure - Develop analog circuit designs for target verification and running pre-layout and post-layout simulations, debug and root cause the failure #DesignEnablementQualifications
The candidate must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork class research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You should have Bachelor/Master in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related Electrical Scientific STEM field.
- Proficient in TCL, Perl or Python programming language.
- Unix/Linux knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and often intense project schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team-player as well as able to work independently.
- Creative mind and self-motivated.
- Analytical problem solving and multitasking.
- Able to do pathfinding or research independently to find solutions.
