Server Product Manager

You will be part of the Data Center and Network Supply team within the Business Management Group (BMG) a matrixed organization within Sales and Marketing (SMG). In this position, you will be responsible for setting and executing product platform strategies. You will need to develop an understanding of Intel's products, platforms, customers, competition, and manufacturing capabilities. You will manage part of the Data Center supply line, ensuring optimized supply against demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product supply health, ensuring optimized supply against demand
- Drive product supply strategy determination and execution direction with xPG and Pricing for NPI, EOL, and roadmap SKU offerings
- Determine geo/customer allocation through monthly, weekly and OOC processes
- Set monthly build strategy at the family and vertical level
- Proactively manage supply to avoid excess inventory
- Own supply messaging and hub guidance for your product line
- Determine appropriate hub loading and monitoring strategy and drive the supply chain accordingly

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant business with data analyst, supply demand operations, product strategies, inventory management, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, data analytics, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or related
- Master's degree as a plus
- 3+ years of working experience with:
o Data exploration, manipulation, processing, statistical analysis, pattern recognition, visualization, regression models and storage using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Python, R, or similar
o Driving processes and solving problems across multiple business groups
o Presenting to and obtaining direction from senior management
o Analytical and data management skills
o Teamwork and communication skills
o Understanding of supply line management and demand forecasting processes
o Familiarity with Intel Architecture products and customers and an understanding of broader technology market drivers and trends

Working Model
