We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Data Analyst to support our government sales and partner acceleration team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of expertise in project management and data analytics, with a focus on accelerating our partner ecosystem and enhancing government sales initiatives. This role will require a dynamic individual with a strong background in handling cross-functional projects, analyzing data, and driving actionable insights that support sales and partnership growth within a government-focused technology environment. The person must Leverage strong knowledge of business domains, project/program management techniques and data driven methodologies to provide analytical and process management expertise to Global Public Sector Go to Market (GTM) Teams.
The scope of this role will include proposing solutions for business problems of moderate scope/complexity on a worldwide basis and orchestrating available resources globally to achieve resolution of roadblocks to significant programs that are focused on deep pockets markets for Government applications. This role works directly with Business Unit (BU)/Category, Intel Foundry, and partner project/program managers to help implement project/program objectives, support variable aspects of projects, and collaborates to monitor and drive timely execution.
They will also conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project/program objectives, including but not limited to evaluating deep pockets opportunities from 3rd party data sources, using SalesCRM data to correlate market opportunity to actual opportunity globally, assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management systems, tracking project progress and efficiency, monitoring objectives and key results (OKR)/business indicators, identifying performance gaps, assessing project/program risks and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines.
This role will utilize advanced communications and visualization skills to report data led insights to key stakeholders, facilitating optimal decision making. This will be done in collaboration with global sales teams and directly with key BU/domain stakeholders on matters of significance to meeting program/project objectives including the newly formed Intel Government Technologies business in addition to business project/program managers to develop while maintaining project/program management infrastructure in areas such as issue tracking, reporting, dashboard monitoring, deck building/storyboarding, project plan builds, monitoring and analysis.
As part of the role responsibilities, this individual will provide project/program plan trend analysis and control including analysis, research, development, and maintenance of the project/program data. And will maintain awareness of emerging business trends and project management techniques in addition to providing recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use.
As a successful candidate, you must possess:
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, including Excel, SQL, and a visualization platform such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Willingness to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with a strong willingness to interpret and analyze sales and partnership data.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the willingness to influence decisions and build trusted relationships across teams.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, project management, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in project management and data analytics, ideally within a government-focused, technology, or consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, data science, public administration, or a related field.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.
- 5+ years of experience working with or in government sales, public sector partnerships, or government-focused programs.

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
