Administrative Assistant - Temporary Position
Job Description
Seeking an experienced, organized, highly energetic and action-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Automation Organization.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Calendar Management: Organize and manage complex scheduling, optimizing the executives time and planning meetings effectively.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and prepare detailed expense reports.
Event Coordination: Play a critical role in organizing and sometimes leading departmental and quarterly events, as well as recognition programs.
Office Management: Understand office management procedures and departmental/legal policies, working closely with senior and executive administrative staff as a productive team member.
Confidentiality: Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.

Performance: Maintain a high level of performance and composure while managing a large quantity of diverse responsibilities
NOTE: This is an onsite, in-person position. Flexibility in working hours is expected.
NOTE: This is a temporary, contract position with a duration of 1 year.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience working as an Administrative Assistant.
5+ years of experience in organization and/or project management skills.
5+ years of experience in standard business software such as MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Upper Intermediate to Advanced English Level.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience working as a Senior Administrative Assistant.
Experience scheduling travel through Concur or other related software.
Global experience.
