Job Description

As a DFT engineer you will be responsible for:

Development and implementation of DFT architecture
Design and verification of DFT logic and components
Generation of high-quality test and debug patterns
Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support

Qualifications

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer
Scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl)
Chip design, Verilog and System Verilog
Verification, UVM methodology ATPG tools
Experience with Mentor tools
Familiarity with ATE

Advantage-

Experience with DDR / PCie/ SerDes testing
Static timing analysis
