Senior Digital Experience Manager
Job Description
In Q4 2023, Intel® announced Altera® will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024, with ongoing support from Intel®. This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future. This role is part of the global outbound marketing team responsible for leading the development and operations of the Altera.com website.
Digital Strategy and Roadmap
Lead the creation and execution of the Altera.com digital experience roadmap to improve customer experience, increase engagement, and build new functionality.
Collaborate with IT to drive the technology architecture for Altera.com, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all components.
Recommend and evaluate web technologies that align with business goals and industry standards.
Lead UX design initiatives to enhance user engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.
Utilize emerging technologies such as generative AI and LLMs to deliver transformative improvements in user experience.
Website Operations and Optimization
Continuously optimize the digital experience by implementing A/B testing, improving SEO, and deploying analytics and improving conversion rates.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Altera.com website, including content production workflows and publishing.
Collaborate with IT to maintain optimal website performance and security.
Define and streamline processes to ensure high-quality content creation aligned with best practices.
Serve as a technical resource for business content developers, supporting their content implementation needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Requirements
Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering stakeholders to gather business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
Prioritize requirements based on business objectives and technical feasibility, ensuring UX considerations are fully integrated.
Manage cross-functional team with business and IT internal and external stakeholders
Other duties but not limited to:
Detail-oriented with the skills to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the capability to engage and influence executive leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology, business or related field.
10+ years of experience in web technology development and architecture.
5+ years of experience managing large company websites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience semiconductor industry and customer journey from awareness to adoption.
