Power Management Design Verification Technical Lead

We are looking for Validation Technical Lead to lead PMC (Power Management Controller) design verification to deliver power management, survivability and other services IP in today's AI (Artificial Intelligence) PC. PMC is one of the critical core functions in System-on-Chip (SoC) in handling multiple chiplets in industry-leading edge die-disaggregation technology.
Successful candidate will lead a team of design verification engineers to define and deliver PMC requirements. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling industry best practices, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor's, a Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent and experience with IP/SoC design, firmware development, verification or validation.
At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Power Management design, Silicon Logic Design, Firmware development, Verification or Validation development.
Ability to lead by example.
Collaborative, communicate well with great influencing skills.
Consistently look for ways to do things more efficiently while upholding quality.
Passionate in solving problems, ability to synthesize data and translate into data driven proposals and decisions.
Motivated, Self-driven and Independent.
Skilled in design, various verification and validation techniques and industry standard methodologies.
