Business Process Analyst
Job Description
The Price Process, Tools, and Operations organization defines the standardized processes, policies, system business requirements across Intel's Exception Pricing Environments. We are central to how exception pricing executes across all Regions and Product Groups. Within the team's scope are operational elements of Pricing and the leadership of Programs that drive and define future pricing methods and pricing efficiencies.
This position will be responsible for both Operational and Program Management functions for initiatives across both Direct and Distributor exception pricing as priority dictates and skillsets and interests align.
Flexibility to influence, adapt, and re-direct program efforts is essential. The right candidate will be able to operate in ambiguity and guide our programs in a changing environment. Candidate will work across multi-functional areas and be expected to use judgment and critical analysis to develop and present recommendations as well as execute critical daily operations.
The importance of this role is significant, as success in this role makes Intel's pricing processes easier to use while compliant to policy and audit standards.

- Have a Customer Service Approach
- Have willingness to work multiple issues at one time and meet Service Line Agreement for resolution
- Diligence in process and policy rigor with attention to detail
- A skill to design business processes in the pricing arena and translate them into system business requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in cross-regional and cross-functional program and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication with the willingness to influence at all levels
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in business analyst, or a related role, with data analysis and pricing strategy development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related.
- M.B.A. preferred
