As the Engineering Manager for the Debug Tools Enabling team, you will be at the helm of a dynamic team dedicated to seamlessly integrating hardware and software components to deliver state-of-the-art debug capabilities.
Your Impact:
In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in pre-silicon validation and integration, driving the development of innovative debug infrastructures that extend beyond the Client Computing Group. Your leadership will directly influence the quality and market readiness of Intel's client products, ensuring they meet the highest standards and launch on time.

We seek a visionary leader with exceptional engineering prowess in problem-solving, HW-SW architecture, and software engineering. Your ability to work independently while fostering collaboration with stakeholders and management will be crucial. A proven track record in team management and a proactive, responsible approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities as Manager of the Debug Tools Enabling team:
- Lead with Excellence: Guide the Debug Tools Enabling team to achieve project milestones with unparalleled quality.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in our debug processes.
- Architectural Leadership: Collaborate with engineering partners to shape the future of debug infrastructure and methodologies across Intel Client products.
- Deliver Results: Ensure the team provides top-tier debug capabilities precisely when needed, with a focus on quality and usability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with team management
- Strong familiarity with HW-SW interfaces and experience at the Silicon level.
- Proficient in software development or hardware chip design.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
