Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:� A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.� Strong software development skills with proficiency in programming languages such as Python (must), C++, Java, or similar.� Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including version control systems (e.g., Git), debugging tools, and integrated development environments (IDEs).� Familiarity with design automation tools and methodologies.� Experience working with the Unix operating system.� Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to address complex technical challenges and communicate information effectively.� Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of fostering effective teamwork across global design and validation teams and managing diverse customer scenarios.Preferred Qualifications:� Several years of experience in software development within the context of design automation tools.� Experience in facilitating team project execution.� Ability to technically mentor team members.� Experience with CAD front-end design and validation tools.� Experience in RTL design and Dynamic Verification (DV).Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model
