Job Description


Directs and manages a team of design verification engineers responsible for IP and SoC design verification. Deploys and manages leading silicon design verification processes, procedures, verification tools, and technologies based on latest best industry practices. Works with design, microarchitecture, and post silicon validation teams to identify design bugs and improve overall microarchitecture. Collaborates with program leaders on the verification delivery and regression metrics against milestone requirements. Understands security milestone expectations and works with SoC security validation teams to incorporate security related testing through validation, hackathon reviews, and new validation techniques to improve security coverage. Executes security and security development lifecycle tasks per job role and schedule milestones.

Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and >10yrs of experience in the following areas:

  • Delivering system validation methodology.

  • Hardware life cycle development leadership

  • Software/Firmware Integration - Dissecting platform requirements into software component, and lead platform ingredients integration

  • Operation – Managing large organization budget operation, with strong track record of operation discipline.

  • Management skill – experienced in senior leadership management under highly matrix development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters or PhD Degree in either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Platform, software and firmware integration

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $247,810.00-$349,850.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
