DMTM Human Resources Services Specialist
Job Description
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
Develops processes and systems in support of the employee services cycle with a breadth of services that includes: benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, employee support and executive services.
Advises and fosters an understanding of broad human resources principles, policies, procedures and systems across all DMTM employees in service of the development and maintenance of a positive working environment across the site.
Contributes to and often drives strategic decision making to execute specific human resources business processes within the scope of the area of Human Resources Services (HRS) and works closely with other members of the organization in day to day operations and in identifying ways in which HRS can improve process and customer experience while interacting with an end to end mindset.
Monitors and follows up proactively with manager on any changes to volume, complexity, cadence etc. and provides an excellent service quality adhering to goals and standards defined by DMTM site.
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.
Qualifications
-Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resource related or Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering discipline with 5+ years solid HR experience, HR ERP and Reporting tools experience preferred- Ability to work well with stakeholders and other team members to ensure that high-level and detailed level requirements meet the expectations.
- Ability to deliver all testing-related deliverables as defined
- Ability to troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and working in a team environment.
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner at various audience levels.
- Good English proficiency.
- Self-Starter who takes ownership and responsibility for projects and initiatives.
