Job Description
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers. Responsibility: Manages and leads the HR Services team to ensure a superior employee services cycle with a breadth of global services that includes Benefits, Retirement, Workforce Mobility, Employee Support and Executive Services through HR contact centers and advanced self-service tools. Sets priorities for the HR Services team, gets results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance. Provides recommendations to build and maintain contact center technology including self-service solutions. Supervises implementation of consistently compliant and efficient human resource operations management policies and practices. Drives operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives that are aimed at improving the employee experience via automation or process improvements. Ensures all organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met including flawless support without excursions, resolving tickets within a business day, customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Business Process Management (BPM) compliance. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment. As HR Ops manager you will the primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Performs human resource operations management functions of ES specialists that may include resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs; coaching, influence and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company and benefits policies; relocation management; payroll management; EEO; policy development and interpretation; transactions, workers' compensation, and benefits administration. Additionally, these employees often perform or have primary responsibility, for human resource management consultation, human resource strategic planning, organizational development, and quality of work-life issues facilitation and resolution.Qualifications
A successful candidate should have at least 10 years HR experiences with multinational company, and minimum 3 years in people management roles. And also have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits: People Manager Skills/leadership skills Strong communication skills. Strong negotiation.
