Job Description
Position Overview: As the Process Steward for our Semiconductor Wafer Foundry ERP Transformation in Logistics Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our project. Act as a functional subject matter expert of SAP end-end logistics execution processes such as delivery processing, inventory management, shipping, and Global Trade Management. You will be responsible for reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and scripts related to configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and user acceptance testing. Participate in logistic execution implementation activities and act as a liaison with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend SAP related best practices. You will: plan and lead a complex project and consistently deliver high-quality results; review and approve the to-be processes; keeping core and management teams well-informed about project developments in a fast-paced environment; lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams; balance project scope and schedule with business needs and expectations. In addition, you will: document, and drive resolution of project issues. Identify key decision recommendations with internal and external partners. Ensure business teams and partners are prepared for system and process changes, including training plans for knowledge transfer to sustaining teams. Facilitate project scope changes, including business justifications and strategic road maps.
Responsibilities: As the Process Steward for the Semiconductor Wafer Foundry ERP Transformation - Logistics Management, your key responsibilities will include:
Process Ownership:
- Own specific processes within the FTS tower, taking responsibility for their design, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will be involved in helping to design the processes for an SAP S/4 HANA ERP transformation which will include designing and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements on SAP WM/EWM/TM. Your analytical insights and attention to detail will contribute to the alignment of our systems with industry best practices.
- Drive process standardization across the organization and actively question deviations from standard practices.
- Provide insights on unique Intel requirements that can enhance strategic differentiation.
Design and Decision-Making:
- Lead and own the design and decision-making process within your designated processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process designs align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Documentation and Approval:
- Review and approve Business Process Design Documents (BPD) that outline process designs, in collaboration with L2, L3, and L4 process flows.
- Provide inputs, review, and approve Solution Design Decisions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Review and approve FIT-GAP analysis, including the RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) list.
- Contribute to and approve data migration approaches that safeguard data integrity.
- Review and approve security roles and controls for process-specific requirements.
- Provide inputs and approval for analytics requirements related to your processes.
- Assess and approve change impacts resulting from process modifications.
Sprint Planning:
- Collaborate with the project team to provide inputs into Sprint plans, ensuring alignment with process goals and timelines.
Testing:
- Approve test scope and scenarios for the tower
- Document actual results and capture test evidence of completion through screen capture for selected test cases
- Document Defects pertaining to the executed and failed test case
- Review and accept test results for the tower
- Support escalation of issues and defects requiring business involvement
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field of study, advance degree preferred.
- 5+ years as a Technology Project/Program Manager or similar role within logistics and ERP transformations.
Experience must include:
- SAP modules and their integration points.
- Semiconductor manufacturing and ERP transformations is preferred
- Business transformation, process improvement, change management, and leading a highly matrixed collaborative team.
- Project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
