Job Description
This Legal Intern will have the following responsibilities: - Collaborating with Intel's team of in-house attorneys, business groups, and engineers - Working with business teams to find solutions to their legal and business requirements - Reviewing marketing assets such as decks, video clips, interview transcripts, and performance claims - Researching legal issues and regulatory developments, and preparing summaries - Preparing legal memoranda and presentations on legal issuesThis Legal Intern will have the following responsibilities: - Collaborating with Intel's team of in-house attorneys, business groups, and engineers - Working with business teams to find solutions to their legal and business requirements - Reviewing marketing assets such as decks, video clips, interview transcripts, and performance claims - Researching legal issues and regulatory developments, and preparing summaries - Preparing legal memoranda and presentations on legal issues - assist with departmental matters such as meetings and other administrative work.Qualifications
Please make a note of the following requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Law degree program in the PRC.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Experience in conducting legal research is necessary.
- Minimum 3 days a week for 6 months, 1year internship will be preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in drafting legal documents such as contracts and legal memoranda is preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm, company's legal department, legal clinic/legal aid association, court, or prosecution office is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of intellectual property rights, consumer protection regulations, and advertising laws is desirable.
- An interest in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
