HR IT Application Developer / Analyst
Job Description
This role is within the Intel Information Technology (IT) organization supporting HR's Talent Management initiatives. We partner closely with Human Resources subject-matter experts, software vendors, and other internal IT organizations to develop and support the technology solutions that enable Intel to recruit, hire, and develop world class talent.
Responsibilities may include:
Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using low-code platform (specifically Workday Extend)
Sustaining and maintaining existing suite of custom and vendor applications and integrations.
Follow agile methodologies and adhere to technology standards, quality assurance, security, and documentation practices.
Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, estimations, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Debug and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions or recommendations
Participate in teams On-call support rotation
Data management, transformation, and integration
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-years proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript and experience with an object-oriented programming language.
3-years of experience performing systems analysis for IT projects
3-years of experience working with business subject matter experts
Advanced English le
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with .NET / React development.
Experience with Azure / Data Factory / Databricks
Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Integration Technologies
Experience with Agile methodologies
Human Resources Managements systems knowledge
