Job Description
In this position, you will be part of Intel Edge Computing Group, working in Product Support and Enabling Team. Product Support and Enabling Team always strive to make our world a better place using Intel technology in partnership with our customers with the top mission to accelerate our customers and partners to differentiate through our world class support and servicesAs a Graduate Talent, you will have the opportunity to develop platforms with Intel architecture for Core, Atom and Xeon segments. You will also have the opportunity to provide direct support to the customer via simulation design services ensuring customer's product design quality and integrate customer voices on market and industry preference towards early influence to platform planning.Responsibilities includes:
Provides technical support to customer for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, helping customer to deliver quality design, accelerating overall design cycle and time to market readiness
Perform Signal/ Power Integrity Simulation Analysis on post layout design and provide solution for overall design improvement
Provides technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production cycle
Creates product application notes, user guides, whitepaper and other supporting technical collateral for better customer support reference to help customer design easily with Intel
Evaluates and develops new tools/ software to improve overall efficiency that optimize product quality and performance.
Partners with different stakeholder to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer requirements during early program planning, design and development, delivering product training, and providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action.
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering or Microelectronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
Familiar with embedded systems, computer system/board designs.
Familiar with Signal/ Power Integrity simulation tools and experience in conducting simulations.
Familiar with High-speed digital interconnect design and analysis concepts, such as PCIe, Memory.
Familiar with PCB layout concepts, which may include familiarity with tools such as Candence Allegro or Mentor.
Familiar with circuit design/ circuit theory, understanding of electrical component and characteristics.
Excellence in communication (verbal and written) with ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (eg. Marketing, Silicon Design Engineers/Architect, Validation Engineers and Customers).
