Job Description
Join SATG Supply Chain IT as a Manufacturing Integration- IT Manager Technical. The Manufacturing Integration- IT Manager Technical understands, defines, and prioritizes needs as they relate to IT requirements and develops methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drives programs, business initiatives, new cross organizational projects and devises methods and procedures on new or special assignments and projects.
Oversees the installation, system upgrades, migrations, outages and provides ongoing maintenance support for computer systems, software, hardware, and network components.
Develops project estimates, timelines, milestones, resource coordination, drives reporting process required for projects, including status, risks, scope changes, etc.
Monitors the success of IT initiatives and projects and evaluates processes, tools and technologies to identify areas of improvement.
Sets priorities for the team, gets results across boundaries, develops employees and manages performance.

Lead a team of integration specialists in designing, developing, and implementing a scalable MES-SAP S/4 integration using a combination of SAP AIF and other industry-standard middleware technologies.
Defines technical requirements, data mapping strategies, and interface specifications for seamless exchange of manufacturing data (production plans, inventory, quality, etc.) between MES and SAP S/4 modules (PP, MM).
Configure and manage the chosen middleware platform(s) to ensure efficient and reliable data flow between systems.
Implement robust error handling mechanisms using SAP AIF to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards to track integration performance, identify potential problems, and ensure system scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MES, SAP, Manufacturing) to understand business needs and ensure the integration solution aligns with overall production efficiency goals.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the integration landscape.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 9+ years of experience or High School Diploma/equivalent and 15+ years of experience in:
Managing IT teams, projects, and budgets.
Managing relationships with internal business partners, third-party vendors, and service providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP PP, MM, FI
Semi conductor Industry experience.
Real time, high volume systems integrations.
API/Micro-services based architecture, Integration error management, data transformation, data engineering.
Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions using Apache Camel or Spring Integration.
Experience with JMS, REST, SOAP, AMQP, and other messaging protocols.
Hands-on experience with JSON, XML, XSLT, and various data serialization/deserialization techniques.
Middleware Platforms: Knowledge of middleware platforms like Red Hat Fuse, Talend, or similar ESB platforms.
Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
