Site Security System Specialist
Job Description
Is an individual contributor that owns and manages all aspects of the security equipment at the site(s) to ensure proper and efficient functionality by: regular testing/monitoring of equipment and on-going preventative maintenance of systems to ensure maximum uptimes and minimal customer impacts.
Maintaining records/documentation for pre & post installation of equipment. Review & update security systems layout as changes occur.
Recommend enhancement and upgrade of systems to support business need by benchmarking systems performance to develop BKM.
Participate in Corporate Security task force, recommend system changes and enhancements, manage inventory of all equipment (back up & spares) to minimize disruption to business.
Budget management to ensure strategic goals are met and equipment uptime is maintained.
Facilitate working arrangements with security vendors (or employees) to ensure safe & timely installation, routine maintenance and repairs of equipment by: coordinating work between supplier, internal customers & partners (documentation, scheduling, Gantt charts & Safety plans to meet site requirements).
Provides oversight and direction of integration partners, which includes but not limited to develop and maintaining training standards, and qualifying integrators or others requiring technologies systems access.
Manages direct physical security performance testing and inspection activities, compile data and report findings to management.
Ensure security standards are being applied appropriately, to include reviewing proposed and ongoing security installations and notifying management of any deviations from standard.
Maintains a strong relationship with Security Operations Managers peers to ensure the Security Organization is applying appropriate controls to mitigate known risks, and systems are meeting operational needs
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and above
Have 4+ years of relevant security system maintaining experience
Project management skill is a plus
Good English written and oral skill
