Partner Sales Account Manager
Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) exists to deliver world class customer experiences in ways that maximizes our revenue, design/deal-wins, as well as our brand and reputation. We are customer obsessed, providing personalized programs and support, in order to accelerate Intel's transformation to a data-centric leader.
The SSLA Partner and Alliances team within SMG is building a team centered around a single, critical mission: to grow Intel's relevance, preference and scale in datacenter and cloud consumption.
We are looking for an individual with a team first, customer obsessed mentality interested in building the AI, datacenter and cloud sales motions, programs, tool sets and strategic software/services partnerships to ensure Intel's relevance in a future where cloud is integral to our customer's success.
Candidates must be skilled at collaborating across the organization and ecosystem to build strong partnerships while engaging technical expertise to define and scale datacenter and cloud strategies and solutions based on Intel technology.
The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and align on account strategy and plan with a timeframe of 1-3 year.
- Meet and exceed revenue and design win plans.
- Build long term pipeline across Intel's product portfolio and partner's business lines.
- Identify Must Win Opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, like BU, Business Management, Business Operations, Centers of Excellence, Enterprise Team, etc.
- Synthesize complex partners project plans and system level requirements into clear and concise solution needs.
- Engage with all partner influence map at engineering, architecture, planning and management levels.
- Own marketing programs into the partner and jointly with the customer.
- Managing/cultivating relationships with key players of our ecosystem which include Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Cloud Solutions Providers (CSP's) and OEM's.
- Individuals in this role ultimately are measured on driving cross Intel product/technology enablement that leads to scalable revenue impact with partners.
Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
A strong candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
- Strong business and partner acumen.
- Able to travel and support meetings in multiple time zones.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree required in any field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles for Hardware and Software in technology (ISVs, SIs or CSPs) including strong and proven sales, communication, marketing, and executive relationship management skills to develop plans advocating Intel Technology.
- Advanced English level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Team player, initiative-taker and motivated to positively contribute to the success of the team.
- Has collaborated with executive audiences. Influencing decisions and leading executive meeting dialogue.
- Fluent in writing, speaking and presenting in English.
