This role is part of the Global Facilities Equipment and Materials (GFEM) team as an Engineering Commodity Manager for Specialty Gas, Bulk Chemical, and Planar Chemical Delivery Systems.

As a Engineering Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Developing and managing internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies.
Partnering with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multi-year category strategies based on market intelligence, long-term analysis of the category and the supply ecosystem.
Acquiring and maintaining industry, market, and technical knowledge of your categories.
Leading supplier sourcing, selection, and performance management activities.
Negotiating purchasing contracts, statements of works, and pricing for goods and/or services.
Driving cost-saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study with 4+ years of relevant experience in Contract/Supplier Management.
Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:
Master's Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain with 4+ years of relevant experience in Contract/Supplier Management.
Experience with construction and/or operations of advanced manufacturing facilities.
Proficiency with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
Strong data analytics skills.
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
