Analytics Test Lead
Job Description
Join Intel SCIT as an Analytics Test Lead! The Analytics Test Lead applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services. Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing. Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or other STEM related degree and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Information Systems or other STEM related degree and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD Degree in Information Systems or other STEM related degree and 4+ years of experience in:
Jira and/or other Agile tools to manage program test cycles.
Test Management: Test planning activities and documentation of test entry and exit criteria.
SDLC methods, including Agile, RAD or others.
Test Automation tools, such as Certify, UiPath, Postman, Selenium and other testing frameworks. Hands on experience in developing both manual and automated tests.
Strong understanding of various test phases, including but not limited to Unit, Functional, Integrated, UAT, and Performance testing.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Data Warehouse and Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA.
4 years of Test Leadership.
4 years of Defect Management and Leadership in program execution.
Test Governance Management Reporting - demonstrated through presentations to Senior Management.
High level of written and presentation communication.
Skills in software solutions, such as SAP, Blue Yonder (BY, JDA, i2) , and custom software applications.
Skills and experience in Cloud Analytics platforms such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud.
