Graduate Talent (MPE PD Engineer)
Job Description
In this position, you will be supporting FIB circuit edit debug and Next Generation circuit edit technology and capability development. Your responsibilities will include following:
Performing hands-on FIB circuit edits and sample prep to repair/modify Intel's Next Generation products manufactured on advanced fab process technology like 7nm,5nm,3nm etc.
Responsible for development of Next Generation circuit edit capability and circuit editing tools/processes thru innovation and collaboration with internal and external developers/suppliers.
Close interaction and communication with Component Debug and Circuit Edit Lab teams would be required in accomplishing results.
Remote FIB, edit design support for global Debug Labs design customers is required.
Able to work with minimum supervision and strategic direction.
Must be able to demonstrate ability to prioritise, handle multiple tasks, advance level problem solving, and work in team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with results and goal orientation attitude required.
Risk taking, innovative problem solving and Copy Exact Lean manufacturing methodology will be part of this job requirement.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and/or Material Science.
Fundamental knowledge of advance CMOS-VLSI circuits, electronics, device physics and Fab process flows.
Ability to read circuit schematics and layout.
Wide range of electronics and failure analyses tools operation and capability development experience.
Good understanding of FA/Debug tools such as FIB, microprober, curve tracer, oscilloscope, scanning electron microscope SEM Dual Beam SEM/FIB, Optical and Infrared microscopy as well as circuit layout database etc.
Advance understanding of LINUX, PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Project.
