Who are we
Intel develops and manufactures the most innovative and amazing technologies. At the heart of each of these technologies lies the Intel processor, and the group responsible for this processor's performance and quality is CVE.
In this role:
You will be responsible for providing 2nd level support in the validation lab located in PG or KM.
The job involves CW management, assets management, logistics, procurement, and operations.
The job also includes documentation of technical BKM processes, establishing new support processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service.
You will participate in various projects' working groups and deployment plans. Other responsibilities include driving day-to-day business needs by managing processes and workflows, responding to customers' requests or events as they occur, and performing self/site-initiated audits.
You will ensure the system of record (SOR) is accurate, provide advice to stakeholders about asset management and logistics-related fields, manage test and measurement instruments, and investigate and solve issues for capital assets.
Additional expectations
Work closely with lab partners to execute lab/floor operations, manage performance, deliver on line-item commitments, and establish lab standards.
Drive lab space and platform rack usage efficiency and lab standardization.
Participate in platform and system validation lab operations, product readiness deliverables, enabling, debugging, and staff augmentation or outsourcing management.
Develop and maintain programs or scripts for API-based data retrieval and storage in databases.
Assist in the creation of dashboards and visualizations using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and communication skills.
Good understanding of platform components and system architecture.
Knowledge of programming, especially Python scripting, is a bonus.
Familiarity with APIs and experience developing programs to integrate and manage data.
Basic knowledge of creating dashboards using Power BI.
Some knowledge to handle test and measurement instruments, such as oscilloscopes, firmware programmers, etc.
