Communication Student - Native English Speaker
Job Description
We are looking for an internal communications specialist to join a team that is delivering cutting edge data, analytics, and AI solutions.
To enhance our internal and external messaging, we would like to hire a student with native English writing and communication skills to support our team in key areas: Enhancing Clarity and Consistency, Bridging Cultural and Language Gaps, Coaching, Managing Communication plans.
This role will directly contribute to greater efficiency ultimately contributing to the overall success, stability, and growth of the organization
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Language Proficiency: Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills - mandatory.
- Solid understanding of software, AI, and technology, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Communications, Journalism, English, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.- Writing and Editing Skills: Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and refine content with clarity, conciseness, and impact.- Collaboration and Coaching: Strong interpersonal skills to provide guidance on writing and communication best practices.- Digital Communication Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms for content sharing and team collaboration.- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, review content with precision, and support structured communication planning.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Professional Technology Writing: Prior experience in corporate communications, journalism, content creation, or editorial work.- Strategic Communication Planning: Ability to develop and execute structured communication strategies to enhance engagement.- Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity: Understanding of cross-cultural communication challenges and ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.- Social Media and Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience managing LinkedIn, blogs, or other professional networking platforms.- Design and Presentation Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or other tools to create visually compelling presentations.- Project Management Skills: Ability to organize and track communication initiatives effectively.
