Remote Operations Manager
Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading diverse operational teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a results-driven approach to managing complex operations across multiple functions.
Key responsibilities:
Operations Oversight:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across teams.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
Oversee resource allocation and optimize processes for maximum productivity.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high levels of performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to achieve targets.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
Prepare for and manage emergency situations effectively.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering on Manufacturing or Industrial related fields.
3+ years of experience managing teams.
5+ years of facilities or manufacturing operations management, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in engineering on Manufacturing or Industrial related fields.
5+ years of experience managing teams.
10+ years of facilities or manufacturing operations management, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
