Information Security Development Senior Engineer
Job Description
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
This IT/Automation position candidate is responsible for:
Identifies, develops, plans, implements, and supports enterprise security systems to enable business security posture.
Create solutions in partnership with architecture to design security measures(from Infrastructure to software) that safeguards sensitive data, protect confidentiality and availability, and enable compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements for the enterprise.
Partner with system engineers, network engineers, database administrators and information security personnel in support, integration, development and lifecycle management.
Develops and validates functional requirements and identifies gaps or risks to meet business and security outcomes.
Review health measures for various functional performance components of platform, applications, controls and applicants and supports key security systems, respond to security events, and troubleshoots and proactively discovers security issues across the enterprise.
Validates security controls that limit the risk exposure for the company and optimizes security system performance.
Researches new security and information technology trends in enterprise applications, networks, and systems to understand and drive strategic plans, forward engineering, upgrades and changes while influencing vendors to drive bug resolution, product feature enhancement, key security improvements.
Works to identify, design, test, document, and implement internal process improvements such as automating manual process, optimization of data delivery, elimination of technical debt, and support/administration of key security control systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor/master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
More than 5 years' experience as Enterprise Information Security Engineer in development, sustaining, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Information Security technologies like (network security, endpoint security, Data Center security, Identity Management, Cloud Security, etc ).
Familiar with IT technologies like Windows server, UNIX, LINUX, JAVA, network, NetApp, Cloud, Database, etc.
Familiar with programming languages and tools to develop automation tools/monitors/metrics for Information security related systems.
Strong knowledge of Information Security standards like ISO27001/27002 and Risk management and IT Governance framework.
Certified in CISSP, CISP or CISA or other Information Security certs is preferred.
Experience in semiconductor or high tech manufacturing industry is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams, stakeholders and suppliers.
