Account Director for T-Mobile

We are seeking a dynamic individual with account sales experience, cross cultural acumen, and technically savvy to be the T-Mobile Account Director. This is a commissioned technical sales position. The role provides the opportunity to develop and execute a multi-year strategy that builds upon our existing business and opens new growth opportunities for T-Mobile, our partners and Intel. By working closely with this important and innovative communication service provider, this role not only has the potential to drive high impact outcomes for T-Mobile and its customers, but also the opportunity to package and scale best practice through partners that can grow the whole industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for influencing and advocating Intel based solutions for T-Mobile and its customers globally.
- Works with a few named accounts in specific industry segments, or covers multiple accounts within a vertical, to drive transformational strategies with the customer and advocate preference for Intel architecture.
- Builds C-suite and senior executive relationships across their enterprise customer team, owns executive briefings and executive sponsorships.
- Works with Intel resources, and builder/partner sales teams, to drive Intel based product purchases for industry customers.
- Owns the business and technical relationships with all partners calling on our enterprise customers including original equipment manufacturers, cloud service providers, system integrators, and independent software vendors.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of their customer's technology landscape, and the industry, to drive optimized digital transformation and identify upselling/cross selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring all needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
- Collaborates with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution.
- Strives to meet and exceed financial revenue and forecasting goals for assigned accounts by winning tenders and end customer deals.
- Gathers customer feedback of assigned accounts to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.
- Determines the root cause for issues/risks and establishes recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience.
- Advises and contributes to joint marketing activities with their enterprise customers.

Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or business-related (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a technical business-related role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or Business-related (or equivalent)
- 10+ years of working experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a technical business-related role

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
