Job Description

This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for advocating Intel products, roadmaps, and solutions across all of Intel's Business Units (BU) to accelerate Intel's growth and drive deep, strategic engagements with senior business leaders and technology decision makers at a list of named end-user accounts with Japan's Financial Service Industry (FSI) segment and preferably has experienced in PC / Edge / Datacenter vertical:● Works with a few named accounts in FSI customer to drive transformational strategies with the customer and advocate preference for Intel architecture from Edge to Cloud.● Builds CSuite and Sr. Executive relationship across their enterprise customer team, owns executive briefings and executive sponsorships.● Works with Intel resources and builder/partner sales teams to drive Intel based product purchases for FSI end-customer.● Owns the business and technical relationships with all partners calling on our enterprise customers including OEM's, SIer's, ISV's and Hyperscale's.● Exhibits a strong understanding of customer's technology landscape and industry to drive customer's digital transformation and identify upselling/cross selling opportunities within assigned accounts.● Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring all needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.● Collaborates with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution.● Strives to meet and exceed financial revenue and forecasting goals for assigned accounts by winning /tenders and end-customer deals.● Gathers customer feedback of assigned accounts to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.● Determines the root cause for issues/risks and establishes recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience.● Advises and contributes to joint marketing activities with customer.Impact from these engagements should result in executive-level trusted advisor status which drives Intel's relevance to the customer, customer preference for Intel products, and pull demand for Intel products in key strategic focus areas, including cloud, artificial intelligence, security, sustainability, and client computing. The successful candidate will be responsible to work closely with internal technical teams to develop and/or adapt technology solutions to meet specific KPIs and achieve strategic business objectives over both short term and long-term business horizons.Candidate will work closely with Intel CCG (Client Computing Group) / DCAI (Data Center AI Group) / NEX (Network and Edge Group) , Category Sales, Centre of Excellence, Industry Technical Solutions, Technical Solution Specialists and other BUs to deliver successful business outcomes for their named end-customer accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:● Basic technical knowledge of PC, AI, Edge to Cloud (Server Infrastructure and Networking)● More than 5 years of experience in planning and executing Infrastructure architecture discussion with FSI end-customers.● More than 3 years of experience in proposing and influencing General Manager / Director level stakeholders.● More than 3 years of experience in holding sessions to FSI end-customer using technologies in Japan.● Business level Japanese and English - mainly speaking, writing, and hearing.● Communication and communications with team and customerPreferred Qualifications:● Solution Sales / Business Development Manager with 5-7 years' experience in the Financial Service Industry, working with a leading consulting firm, SI/ISV or global IT company.● Proven track record of delivering business results for suitable FSI end-customers.● Self-motivated and highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to succeed.● Strong relevant industry knowledge and insights with a demonstrated track record of success building and maintaining executive-level relationships.● Comfortable working independently and with multiple stakeholders/teams (including leadership, technical teams, marketing, operations, and support teams) in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity under tight deadlines.● Proven track record making and meeting commitments.● Maintain a positive outlook in the face of challenges, strong discipline, and organizational skills with a focus on delivering results.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

Working Model
